JYY Consulting Ltd started as JYY Coaching in 2023 to enable portfolio advisory work to executive leaders and small business operators. During my personal relocation in Europe from 2023 to 2025, this ensured compliance across 5 legal, administrative and tax regimes without impacting client delivery.

Background

Across my 20-year corporate career, I was exposed to operational upgrades hidden behind system upgrades, multi-jurisdiction complexities and competing and complementary needs of departments within global organizations. This real-world environment provided the backdrop for the services I provide my clients, as well as the framework to build an operational model around it.

Current State

Now that I’m settled in London and my primary responsibility is no longer providing operational stability to our household, I’m turning my sights back to the complexities that only corporate programmes can offer. I maintain service for long-term clients to ensure continuity, and new engagements are considered based on capacity and fit.
